Refund policy

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had Free Delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs once goods are returned (UK approx £2.99)

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods so please do not remove the tags on the garments.

We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post

RETURNING SALE ITEMS
Any items that are on sale or purchased using a discount code can be returned however we cannot offer refunds. Once received we will issue you with a discount code to the value of your order (excluding any shipping charges) and you can use this discount code to then order an alternative product or size.

 

International Duties and Taxes

We love our global community! However, because we ship from United Kingdom , your order will be considered an import by your local customs office.

  • Who Pays? All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping rates.

  • The Process: Your local customs office or the courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) will contact you via email, text, or mail to request payment before delivery.

  • New 2026 Regulations: Please be aware that as of 2026, many previous "low-value" exemptions (such as the EU’s €150 threshold and the US $800 de minimis) have been altered or removed. Most international parcels are now subject to tax and handling fees regardless of value.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If you choose to refuse the delivery to avoid customs fees, the package will be returned to us. Any return shipping costs or unpaid duties will be deducted from your final refund.
